Where does your Seamoss come from?

-Our wild crafted sea moss is sourced from the oceans of St Lucia.

How do you consume Seamoss gel and how much?

-It doesn’t matter how you consume the gel, as long as you consume it everyday. You can add it into your coffee, tea, or smoothies. Recommended intake is about 2-3 tablespoons daily.

What is the shelf life for Seamoss?

Once opened, the shelf life is 3-4 weeks. Please, keep it refrigerated at all times for ultimate freshness.

How long is shipping?

-Shipping takes 2-4 business days. Once shipped out, you will receive a tracking number in your email. It can only be shipped priority mail and will need to be refrigerated promptly upon arrival. So please be sure to track your package and do not allow it to sit in your mailbox, especially during a high temperature day.

Shipment days are - Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays.

Do you ship internationally?

-We currently only ship within the United States.

Are items available for PickUp?

- Yes!! Local CHARLOTTE NC or surrounding area customers can use the code: PickUp at the checkout to receive $5 off their orders for picking up items. After placing your pickup order, please be on the lookout for a text or email. Pickups are normally ready the same day, next day if placed after 4pm. Mon-Fri. (NO SATURDAY or SUNDAY pickups)
